The task of sorting through years of accumulated possessions combined with the intricacies of moving and selling our house seemed overwhelming. We were fortunate to see an ad in the Cape Cod Times for a Real Estate Seminar designed for seniors. We called and reserved our spaces.

At the seminar, we were very impressed with what Cape Cod Retirement Living had to offer. Debby had a thorough knowledge of what was involved in the process and the seminar was especially geared to seniors. The handouts on all phases of downsizing, moving, and selling were wonderful.
